Digital Product

After your purchase, you have 90 days to ensure the Scaling Checklist is valuable for you. If you're not completely satisfied and don't find value in it, we will refund your payment, guaranteed. We understand that making purchases online can be daunting and that you want to be sure that you are getting the value that you paid for. Therefore, we offer a 100% 90-Day Money Back Guarantee to give you the confidence you need when purchasing the Scaling Checklist. If for any reason, within the first 90 days of your purchase, you find that the Scaling Checklist does not meet your expectations or does not provide you with the value that you were looking for, we will provide you with a full refund of your payment. To request a refund, simply write to us at admin@systemsforbusiness.xyz and we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that once a refund has been issued, you are prohibited from continuing to use the Scaling Checklist.

Program

The 90-Day AI Accelerator is sold with a $10,000 revenue guarantee. The guarantee is a contractual commitment. Its full terms — including what qualifies, the qualifying period, and how any refund is assessed — are set out in the enrolment agreement provided to you at onboarding. That agreement governs in the event of any difference with this page. As with all of our programs, the guarantee is conditional on a minimum of 20% live call attendance in your relevant time zone, and at least 50% program completion inside Circle.

Program

For our mastermind and mentorship programs we create a custom guarantee for each individual client we work with. The details of your specific guarantee are set out in the terms and conditions provided to you during your onboarding session via the DocuSign document. As with all of our programs, guarantees are conditional on a minimum of 20% live call attendance in your relevant time zone, and at least 50% program completion inside Circle.

Done-For-You Build

Done-For-You builds are covered by our 10x Guarantee: if the systems we build do not add at least $50,000 in cash to your business within 90 days of your build completing, we will refund every cent — and the work is yours to keep. The guarantee is a contractual commitment. Its full terms — including eligibility, what counts toward the $50,000, the start of the 90-day period, and what is required of you during and after the build — are set out in the engagement agreement provided before work begins. That agreement governs in the event of any difference with this page. Because DFY work is bespoke and begins immediately after your onboarding call, builds are not covered by a general change-of-mind refund. If you have questions before purchasing, email us first and we will talk it through.

Process

To request a refund for any eligible purchase, please follow these steps: 1. Email us at admin@systemsforbusiness.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]". 2. Include your full name, the email address used at purchase, and your order confirmation number. 3. Briefly let us know why the product didn't meet your expectations — this helps us improve. 4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
